Each class caters to its own unique style while sharing common benefits
Not only are the classes fun, many moves throughout help you gain a stronger core, tone your legs, lift your butt, strengthen your upper body, and strengthen your personal connection.
Learning new dance moves and utilizing memorization has been shown to reduce your risk of dementia, improve neuroplasticity and coordination. Not only is it great for your brain health, but it’s also a great stress reliever!
With each class, you will learn how to view your body in a positive way and to get rid of those pesky shameful narratives around yourself and sensuality.
Slow down, breathe deep, and let your body unwind. Each session blends gentle flow with restorative stretches to refresh both mind and body.
Options for everyone
You can book group classes for a variety of fun and memorable events, including bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, friends' nights, divorce celebrations and more. Price is determined by group size, travel and length of requested class. Limited mobility options are available.
Private lessons provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your goals, experience level, and comfort. Sessions can be scheduled at one of the available studio locations closest to you, based on studio availability at the time you choose. At the beginning of the lesson, we will complete a brief assessment to understand your movement experience, comfort level, and any physical considerations. This helps ensure the lesson is safe, supportive, and customized to provide the highest quality instruction while helping you build confidence, technique, and body awareness at your own pace.
Zoom group classes will soon be available. Make sure to check the schedule for updated dates and times in order to register. Limited mobility options will be available.
Zoom private lessons are available on select days and times for students looking to book either a 60 minute or 90-minute class.
Group workshop classes available for public registration will be offered in the Framingham, Boston and Worcester areas coming soon.
Online pre-recorded classes for all styles will be available coming soon. Options for single class downloads to multiple membership options will be available. Stay tuned!
